About Jose
After 15+ years as a software engineer, I've pivoted to flight instruction. My goal is to get you through your exam(s), but more importantly, to make you a safe, proficient pilot. Someone that I'd be happy to have in our shared airspace.
I specialize in technically advanced aircraft. Using my engineering background, I'll demystify concepts such as ADAHRS, PDC, and WAAS to make you a safer pilot. As an airplane owner, I also specialize in complex and high performance transitions, and owner-flown aircraft. But I'm more than happy to teach a private pilot in a steam gauge 172.
A little about me. I grew up in NYC. I used to race bicycles and have cycled across the US twice. I live in Cedar Park with my wife and three children.
